The concept behind the Katrina Sutherland Country Spa is one of well-being of the mind and health of the physical body. The luxury treatments available at the Spa are forms of total therapy intended to cleanse the mind and body as a whole and are based on gentle relaxation.

Prices listed include full use of the Country Spa facilities as mentioned plus a two course light lunch and complimentary glass of wine. Please advise at time of booking any special dietary requirements you may have.

Pamper Package Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Payment Policy
It is advisable to pre-book all treatments and packages.

A minimum of 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. With the remaining balance to be paid on the day of your Party.

Persons using "Gift Vouchers" to book Pamper days are required to send vouchers to the Country Spa as deposit. Vouchers will only be returned if cancellations observe our 7-day notice policy.

Cash, cheque or cards accepted.
Cheques should be made payable to "Katrina Sutherland".

Due to the arrangements that have to be put in place for your pamper party, we require a minimum of seven days notice should you wish to cancel or change the date of your booking.

We regret deposits can only be refunded when the required seven days notice is given.

Any change of treatment choice on the day, by you the client, will be at your therapist's discretion.

Personal Property
Clients are responsible for any personal property/valuables. We supply secure lockers for your property and peace of mind.
